Fluffy Vegan Matcha Waffles
- Waffle maker
- 1 cup All-purpose flour unbleached
- ¼ cup Simply Zero Organic Plant-based Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp matcha
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup unsweetened soy milk
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Whisk all dry ingredients (first 5 ingredients) together. Then add wet ingredients and mix well.
- Add waffle batter into your waffle machine according to instructions.
- Extra waffles can be kept in freezer for 8 weeks. Use toaster to reheat.
