Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
 - 250 ml water
 - 3 tbsp Simply Zero Organic Plant-Based Protein Powder
 - ½ tsp mushroom powder
 - ¼ tsp salt
 
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in food processor. Blend well.
 - Pour mixture on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Use a spoon to flatten the batter. Add your preferred toppings.
 - Bake at 375F / 190C for 20 mins. Flip over and bake another 5 minutes if extra crispness is desired.

- Chives/Green onions
