Lemon-Blueberry Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Simply Zero Organic Plant-based Protein Powder
  • 1 cup plant milk add 1 tbsp extra if needed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • cup blueberries toppings
  • lemon zest toppings


  • Add all ingredients (except toppings) in a mason jar. Store in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours. 
  • Before serving, add extra toppings or sweeteners if desired.


Note: One serving provides 17.7 grams of protein.
