Fluffy Vegan Matcha Waffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour unbleached
  • ¼ cup Simply Zero Organic Plant-based Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp matcha
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all dry ingredients (first 5 ingredients) together. Then add wet ingredients and mix well. 
  • Add waffle batter into your waffle machine according to instructions.
  • Extra waffles can be kept in freezer for 8 weeks. Use toaster to reheat.
