Quinoa Flat Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 250 ml water
  • 3 tbsp Simply Zero Organic Plant-Based Protein Powder
  • ½ tsp mushroom powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in food processor. Blend well.
  • Pour mixture on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Use a spoon to flatten the batter. Add your preferred toppings.
  • Bake at 375F / 190C for 20 mins. Flip over and bake another 5 minutes if extra crispness is desired.

  • Chives/Green onions
  • Chia seeds + chili powder
